Sorry for the lack of posts, being a full time intern while taking an online course was definitely not a good idea but you gotta do what you gotta do. Alas, I am here though and that's all that matters. Right? Rooighttt. Moving on to today's topic of discussion: a Resort collection so wearable it deserves a post of its own. Before I start rambling about it though, visuals below first.

I tried to narrow the looks down, I really did, but Mr. Alexander Wang just makes it so hard to do. First of all, an all black and white Resort collection? Way to show the fashion world you don't give a fuck about what everyone else deems to be "resort wear." I dig it, I really, really dig it. Second of all, have you ever noticed his incredible skill to turn basic clothing pieces into anything but basic? If you haven't, shame on you. The man is a genius and this talent of his is what makes me love him so. Hence the title, basically perfect. He transforms simple black trousers into dope leather ones, gives a plain ol' black tee some edge with sick cut-outs, sexes up a flimsy white dress with waist-high slits, and well, the rest is pictured above. I would most certainly wear every single one of these pieces over and over again. The only thing I'm not so certain about are the shoes but have you seeeeeen these babies? So freaking cool, they must be mine. Must! In other news, I got a new e-mail if you so wish to holla at me: firstname.lastname@example.org. Pretty fancy, huh? Happy Wednesday Chicistanis!
