The Final Recap: NYFW SS 2014

Ok so this is most definitely really old news, as the fashion world has already relocated to and finished in London, but better a late recap then no recap at all I say. Below you'll find a super duper condensed recap of the rest of NYFW with little to no commentary from me. Reviewing so many shows makes me feel like a ridiculously annoying broken record, and if you've been following along, I trust you'll be able to recognize why I love the looks I love. So, here you go:

Lots of slouchy coolness at Rag and Bone.

Menswear inspired outerwear atop quite revealing dresses and skirts at Misha Noonoo wins.

The crop top lives on at Jill Stuart.

Doesn't Tommy Hilfiger's collection remind you of Vogue Paris' editorial with Daria? Love the scuba inspired wear.

J Crew continues to bring on their A game. I'm a really big fan of all their sports inspired pieces.

I fell in love with Alexander Wang's collection as soon as I saw the second look. It is all so freaking good.

Altuzarra showcases everything I want in a skirt these days, and with button-downs! My fave!

Love the layering at Victoria Beckham.

More fringe and sheer beauties at 3.1 Phillip Lim.

There's something really easy going yet still really chic about Timo Weiland's collection that I lurrrve. Also really lurve the last two dresses. Duhz.

More lingerie inspired pieces seen at Wes Gordon where he also paired sequin skirts with sweaters. As you already know, I'm really into that... and crop tops.. and mens inspired blazers... and slits.

I think this is one of my favorite Michael Kors collections to date. Love the neutral color palette and all the silhouettes are so wearable. I would wear every single one of the above outfits multiple times.
